REFUND POLICY

Refund Eligibility Unused Sessions
Refunds may be issued for unused personal training sessions if requested within 14 days of purchase.

​Used Sessions
No refunds will be given for sessions that have already been completed. Packages: If you purchased a package and wish to cancel, a prorated refund may be issued for the remaining unused sessions, minus any applicable administrative fees.

Cancellation Policy
Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the session being forfeited and non-refundable. Emergency situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Trainer Cancellation
If your trainer cancels a session and it cannot be rescheduled within a reasonable time, a full refund or credit will be offered for that session.

Non-Transferable
Training sessions and packages are non-transferable to another person unless otherwise approved in writing by management.

​
Medical Issues
If you are unable to continue training due to a medical condition, a prorated refund may be issued with valid medical documentation.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at NOAHHTRAINS@GMAIL.COM with your name, purchase details, and reason for the request. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days if approved.
