Personal training with me is basically having a professional hype man mixed with a tiny bit of tough love—okay, maybe a lot of tough love, but with a smile! It's the magical world where “just one more rep” somehow means five, and squats are both your best friend and worst enemy. You’ll sweat, maybe cry a little (happy tears, I promise), and discover muscles you didn’t even know existed. But with a me cheering you on, laughing with you (never at you… okay, maybe a little), and holding you accountable, you’ll turn “I can’t” into “I did that sh*t.

Get to know me 

Getting to me as your personal trainer is kind of like finding the last slice of pizza—rare, exciting, and guaranteed to make your day better. Except instead of fats, I bring dumbbells, motivation, and just the right amount of sass to keep you moving. I’m not here to yell at you like a drill sergeant (unless you forget leg day), but I am here to push you, cheer you on, and make sure you become the strongest version of yourself—mentally and physically. Warning: side effects may include confidence, strength, and an overwhelming urge to flex in the mirror.

My first year of training which is the most significant year out of all the years of anyone's training was wasted. This was because I didn't have the correct knowledge on how to train optimally. Not only this but my knowledge on nutrition was so poor. Everyday I would eat what I want whenever I want not caring about macros. This led to my first year being wasted which annoys me to this day but you live and you learn. I don't want anyone else to experience this which is why I would love to help people new to the fitness industry.

  • Born and raised in Birchington, where the gym became my second home nearly 4 years ago.

  • Bodybuilding is a major passion—not just for the physical progress, but for the discipline, mental clarity, and confidence it builds.​

  • Naturally drawn to creativity—I enjoy designing everything from outfits to this website and love bringing ideas to life visually using cinematography

  • I’ve had a love for cars since I was a kid—Top Gear definitely had something to do with that.

  • Passionate about videography, photography, and cinematography—capturing moments and telling stories through a lens has always been something I enjoy.

  • Former gaming enthusiast who once seriously considered going pro… now I focus on helping people level up in real life instead.
