Online coaching

First, we will organize a online induction via google meet, simple and effective
​
If you choose that I'm the right fit for you after the induction then within 48 hours of payment, you’ll receive an email with a link to a my app from Noahhtrains@gmail.com, giving you full access to all documents. No matter which package you choose, you’ll receive everything included as quick as possible to get your awaited journey on track.
​
 
For the next 3 months you will receive very frequent messages from me personally  to keep you accountable by asking and answering questions. As well as a a bi- weekly zoom call to go over progress and whether anything needs to be changed.
 
What will we talk about on the zoom call?:
  • Has your weight changed?
  • Are you enjoying your workouts?
  • Would you like anything changed to help new circumstances in life etc?
  • Is the meal plan still appropriate?​
  • Is the training plan getting a repetitive?
  • Is your strength increasing?
  • Is your cardio getting better?
  • Most importantly: are we on track?

ONLY A FEW THINGS I DO AS APART OF MY COACHING- the rest will be discussed during your induction.

After 3 months I will message less frequently as less questions will need to be answered.
 
*Meal plans and training plans will be altered depending on results being made.

Personal training

First, we will organize your first in person session that lasts a total of 40 minutes through your preferred way of being contacted. 
 
If you choose that I'm the right fit for you after the induction then within 48 hours of payment, you’ll receive an email with a link to a my app from Noahhtrains@gmail.com, giving you full access to all documents. No matter which package you choose, you’ll receive everything included as quick as possible to get your awaited journey on track.

Sessions will be booked using the app also as said in the personal training section of the website...
